My obligation there included: • I am responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the legal contracts the Iraqi private companies have with the Iraqi governmental institutions. I ensure that the expenditure of the instalments are legal and within the legal and time framework.• I am responsible for the final year inventory. This legal procedure is to ensure private companies that have a tender with the Iraqi governmental institutions have Zeroed their financial accounts before the end of the year. This means that they have spent all the legal financial expenditures within the terms of the contracts and any capital of money left should be returned to the governmental central bank. Also, the interest profit rates are entitled to the Iraqi central governmental bank, these too must be paid before the end of the year. • Ensure that no company has more than one tender with the Iraqi governmental institutions in its records.
