- Analyzed drug use evaluation reports from hospital Health Information System, Epic, for multiple drugs, prepared and presented recommendations for standardized doses for each drug to the pharmacy informatics team as well as the pharmacy advisory board- Analyzed drug movement in SwissLog BoxPicker used at SickKids and presented recommendations for inventory optimization and reducing drug wastage to pharmacy advisory board - Created a training guide for RPhTs and RPhs on methodology behind BoxPicker data analysis - Analyzed drug use evaluation reports for 10 additives commonly used in custom IV orders and presented findings from my data analysis to project members as well as at the Professional Practice Forum.- Part of 4th year APPE rotations
