Currently providing HVAC evaluation services, and using those findings for project development for construction for a local 30 story condominium tower that performs with 1200 tons of air-cooled chillers and primary/secondary distribution system piping system. Energy savings performance calculations along with a life cycle for the new equipment is being developed to identify actual savings to be seen with equipment upgrades. Controls and pool heating equipment will be completely revamped as well that will show significant cost impacts via water and electric utility savings.Providing BIM Coordination for new 5 story, 149 room themed hotel utilizing REVIT and AUTOCAD MEP for coordinating engineering documents. I performed as a mechanical design engineer and helped with creating mechanical designs for local Schools including a science wing renovation & a media center building HVAC replacement. I assisted in the design of a new chiller plant for a main communications center for a large communications company, and developed a chiller plant study for a local community college.I performed site inspections to look at existing HVAC equipment and surveyed construction sites for a retirement facility for Construction Administration, and other communications facilities.I also reviewed shop drawings, product submittals, and proposals from subcontractors.

I was the sole locally-appointed Mechanical Design Engineer in the Engineering flight for MacDill AFB. I created construction documents including design drawings, design specifications, and I helped with the estimating team performing estimate support. I managed outsourced engineering firms and reviewed their designs for accuracy and to ensure our base design criteria was abide by. I reviewed Energy projects and designed solutions for ESPC (Energy Savings Performance Contract) projects. I performed technical evaluations for our contractors on proposals and helped select the best candidate.I had to use the Unified Facilities Criteria and the International Building code for my design criteria/guide. I also used ASHRAE books throughout all the design processes.

Performed as a mechanical engineer for Chugach at MacDill Air force base, which consisted of creating design build packages, project management, supervising outsourced engineering firms, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and also facility management. Assisted HVAC and Plumbing maintenance shops with maintenance issues by providing guidance and support in calculations and code restrictions. I also was the primary project manger for several highly visible projects for USCENTCOM, simultaneously. Performed as project manager over other architects, engineers, multiple contractors, and government officials to close out design issues and perform final walk through for all of the USCENTCOM projects.

I performed as a shop manager, ran parts to job sites, delivered equipment, prepared materials for project delivery. I also performed as a site superintendent at a new project. I managed employees time, scheduled material, laid out piping systems and coordinated with other trades. I performed cost estimates for new projects and helped with take-off's.

Performed as the Construction manager at Wake Island Air Base. This position consists of managing all aspects of construction for over $12 worth of Typhoon damage restoration and new construction on the remote Wake Island Air Base in the Pacific. Projects included waste management renovations, new Power Plant, Fire Station (steel building), renovation of primary office building, housing renovations, Base wide Water Distribution System, and Base wide Sewage Collection System.
