I possess considerable experience of working in Project, Programme Management and Consultative capacities. These have been for leading Private sector Financial Services companies, as well as different organisations within the NHS in the Public sector. I currently work for BUPA UK Insurance's Change Team delivering key outcomes across the business. Previous to this I worked for the NHS Institute for Innovation & Improvement managing a Programme rolling out new digital releases across the NHS England's technology landscape. Within Financial Services, I spent several years with chiefly Barclays and MBNA, working on a multitude of different Programmes of work including; regulatory requirements, infrastructure, business/process change, and several offshore related projects. To conclude: • I have many years of unbroken career experience, working on Projects and Programmes in both the Private and Public sectors. • I have extensive experience of short term programmes of work. Alongside more medium and large scale programmes with budgets rising to upwards of £10m delivering strategic objectives, business change, and transformation and innovation initiatives.• I am well versed in supplier and client management, and have excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills both in the public and commercial environments.• I have experience of working in small or large teams, with direct line reports and matrix management responsibilities using Agile and Waterfall methods.• Finally, I have a BSc Hons degree in Systems Modelling. And, I am a registered advanced PRINCE 2 practitioner. I also hold the MSP qualification at advanced practitioner level.
