As Senior Creative Manager, I am responsible for unlocking creativity from the perspective of strategy, copy and design. I lead a diverse in-house team, combined with external external partners, to brief, conceptualize, create and implement campaigns, presentations, workshops, and everything else in between. In practical terms, my challenge is to translate complex tech products and business strategy into creative outputs.

As Head of Content at Meiuca, my challenge is to lead a creative and content focused team to, plan, create and executes our content initiatives that varies from courses, reports, campaigns and products. In other words, I make sure content is something fresh and present in ours products and services.

I was responsible for unleashing creativity in our in-company solutions and free courses. After falling in love with public speaking, I also became one of the spokespeople for major events and large audiences.In short, my day-to-day work focused on challenging teams and their managers to get a project off the ground, in the real world, with scarce resources, seeking quick results to accelerate the learning curve and shorten the distance between the conception and development of an idea.Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work with large companies from a wide range of sectors, such as Coca-Cola, Uber, Nestlé, Google, Bayer, among many others.
