Sr. Field Application Specialist.Application:-Provide support to customers when any technical issues arise.-Provide post-sales support to the customer to aid in establishing new parameters and answer technical inquiries.-Install & configure instruments and related reagents. Setup/Optimize assays.-Perform customer trainings on diagnostic instruments : ImmunoAssay, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Haemoglobin, etc... (ABBOTT, RANDOX, DIAGAST, ELITECH, etc…)-Collaborate with Field Support Representative, IS/IT Specialists, Technical Support Specialists and Senior Advisors s in troubleshooting problems.-Maintain and develop customer facing documentation for support and training.-Attend training on appointed instrumentation and / or applications.-Perform or assist with software upgrades of customer instrument base.-Install applications on instruments platforms according to the guidelines / procedures.-Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating the technical team on issues.-Back-up other Technical Support Representatives during heavy workload and when required.-Perform minor repairs on instruments.Sales:-Provide scientific support to sales representatives during negotiations with client.-Provide scientific support to clients by performing presentations on various products: ABBOTT, DIAGAST, RANDOX, ELITECH, etc…-Follow up on customer requests when scientific concerns are raised to our suppliers.-Establish a plan to visit and / or communicate with each assigned customer on a cycle or frequency matching the customer’s needs and support requirements. Quality Control:-Configuration and troubleshooting of Internal Quality Controls (Technopath, Randox, Bio-Rad, etc…).-Customer registration on the External Quality Control RIQAS (Randox International Quality Assessment Scheme) programs.-Perform training on the online portal to our customers: EQC results interpretation, Filling EQC results, updating tests and instruments informations.
