-Quality Assurance engineer, working alongside program managers to ensure APQP, KBD, SDP, and ASPICE compliance during define, development, and preproduction phases. Audit processes and work products to guarantee compliance to customer specific requirements as well as internal requirements.-Using Quality tools and processes (5-Whys, 8-D, Ishikawa, Six sigma, etc.) to assess and root cause supplier and customer issues. Provide customer support to solve problems.-Kepner Tregoe train-the-trainer certification, conducting training internally to cascade problem solving and decision making methods, as well as facilitate tool usage. This training functions as a push to commonize language and methodology when it comes to problem solving within the company, shifting company culture and increasing team synergy. This reduces lead time to solving problems and reduces customer complaints and poor quality products, reducing and eliminating cost of poor quality.-Formally trained in VDA 6.3 and APQP core tools to ensure company processes are compliant.

Improving and optimizing vehicle exterior for appearance excellence- Set craftsmanship fit & finish targets for vehicle exterior and ensured compliance throughout vehicle development - Provide inputs and best practices for future programs- Onsite support for Lincoln Aviator prototyping- Lead Physical and virtual reviews of vehicle for exterior assessment- Collected data from competitors to set targets and ensure vehicles are competitive within their market- Meet timing plans for engineering sign off, ensuring compliance to Ford's internal product development timeline- Developed CAD sections to properly assess measurement methodologies for both internal engineers and supplier engineers- Worked across multiple disciplinarians (NVH, Design, Safety, Engineering, Manufacturing, Plant assembly) to ensure each of the teams satisfied their requirements while minimizing impact to product quality- Altered vehicle to improve perceived fit and finish- Used Six Sigma DOE in two projects to help supplier optimize lamp welding machinery- CATIA/Vismockup for vehicle assessment and design
