- Implementation of QMS and conduction of EN 9100 certification- Deployment of the QRQC activity: development of the approach and tools, implementation of standards on three levels (Line, APU, RU), training and coaching on problem solving tools (5W2H; FTA; 5 why; LLC)- Quality management: team monitoring and coaching, performance analysis and reporting- Manage audits: customers, OSAC, product process, product configuration and EN9100 certification- Validation of industrial dossier for new products and changes - Implementation of direct customer delivery Part 21G- Manage the transition to direct purchase of components and qualification of new suppliers- Contribute to the development of the BU master plan and manage Quality improvement projects.

Implementation of the QMS and ISO TS 16949 certification conduction- Processing and follow-up of customers and suppliers complaints.- Deployment of quality tools (8D, FTA, 5 whys, QRQC…)- Management of new product/process transfer and ensuring the link with group R&D department.- Realization of PPAPs and validation of new products/processes (FMEA, Control plan, manufacturing dossier)- Validation of mechanical interventions as part of a development or modification of tools.- Supplier audit and product qualification

- Quality problems of assembly lines analysis and definition of corrective actions.- Management of QRQC APU dealing with unresolved quality issues at the production line level.- Performing the process audits and monitoring of associated action plans.- Drafting component non-conformity reports and monitoring their processing with the SQA department.- Participate in GRPs following a customer complaint.- Participate in supplier audits of electronic and plastic parts for assembly.
