About Kc Hicks

I joined T&F in May 2021 as the Global VP, Knowledge Transfer. In this role, I drive a coordinated strategy across T&F to capture, collate and transfer knowledge through every stage of a colleagues’ journey. At T&F, that begins with an onboarding process that leaves every colleague with a memorable experience as they embark on their T&F journey. Working in this specialize space of colleague experience has provided me the opportunity to cast a vision and implement a cohesive global onboarding program that directly impacts the entire colleague journey experience. A great colleague experience begins with onboarding, but we look at each phase of the journey as our colleagues grow within T&F and ensure they have the tools and support they need for success and growth. I joined T&F with 25 years’ experience in Human Resources and Corporate strategy experience. When I am not at work, I am working in our yard, weight training, and traveling with my husband to hike new trails we have yet to explore!
