We bridge the transatlantic talent gap between Europe and Boston, and help our clients address the research-patient gap through innovative drug development and patient advocacy.As a certified ontological coach and a facilitator of creative problem solving, I support our candidates and clients in adapting to new cultures, managing risks, and exercising vision and risk-taking. I also co-host a newsletter that features interviews and tips from life sciences executives who are breaking the traditional R&D cycle and meeting significant unmet patient needs.
