Most important position at a hotel. I make sure the day is closed off and everything is accounted for and accurate. I check in late arriving guests and attend to any needs that may arise in the middle of the night. Security walks through the hotel, lock all the doors and make sure the guests are safe. Make keys, make sure rates are correct per guest (checked in and arriving), check out guests from the hotel, make the house keeping sheets with any special requests, test the pool and hot tub, clean the lobby and front desk and finally unlock everything for the morning shift.
