Revamped and streamlined global risk assessments and preventive maintenance best practices to ensure safe and reliable heater operations -Supported 2 projects to improve safety (flooding) and environmental (flaring) concerns to fulfil National Environment Agency regulations. Co-wrote and published article on Energy Fleet Management in the AIChE and Hydrocarbon Processing newsletter-Led data digitalization transition to enable real time monitoring and predictive cleaning of 2000+ heat exchangers for $11M/yr OPEX savings and 2.5 FTE/yr resource savings. Collected data from ~400 engineers for platform migration, utilized Sprint for work prioritization between internal stakeholders, and communicated project updates to regional managers monthly-Deployed SQL- and VBA-based energy management tool which increased work process efficiency in reviewing and testing energy targets for unit energy optimization and actual energy consumption calculation reported in site’s monthly Energy Intensity Index
