Prepared local purchase order as per the request from factory & Project site.Follow & Coordination with project site team & Factory production team for the require material.Gathering quotation from different suppliers.Get Approval from management for the best discounted quotation.Update the Sea Shipment arrival & Departure status and export shipment.Mailing to international supplier for require material & new inquires.Arranging transportation for factory and all project Sites.Booking the containers and air shipment trough local agent.Follow with all store keepers for updating of material stock on daily base.Submitting invoice along with supporting documents to accounts department.Arrange weekly meeting with site team & factory production team for their ongoing project or factory requirements.Inspection of marble with local supplier if require.Preparing documents for export shipment, like certificate of origin and invoice attestation from abu dhabi chamber.
