• Handling full set of accounts and all aspect of monthlv financial management reporting, budgetary controls, forecasting etc.• To ensure Journal Entries and Account Ledgers such asGL, AR & AP are correctly recorded and prepared on a timely basis.-Responsible for adherence to relevant service level standards as well as to the approved policies and procedures;• Record and process all business transactions within the organisation's accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting.• Perform monthly and early closing activities.• Provide supporting documentation for audits.• Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.• Liaise with auditor, tax agent, bankers & etc on work related matters.• Responsible for ensuring accurate payment processing and monitoring of payment credit terms• Responsible for ensuring effective day-to-day cash management;• Responsible to assist in ensuring timely collection and recording of collection• Responsible for preparing and subsequently monitoring the cash flow forecasts;• Responsible for undertaking the management of fixed assets and ensuring accurate accounting of fixed assets• Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely accounting of capital expenditures ("CAPEX") and non-capital expenditure projects by working closely with the project owners;• Prepare the financial statements and relevant reports for the Executive Committee ("EXCO") and Board of Directors consumption;
