Project Engineer
CurrentRoles and responsibilities:• Develop project scope based on engineering concept, contract scope and design control systemsbased on project requirements, specifications, and standards. This involves selecting appropriateand effective hardware and software components.• Develop project charter include project schedule, resource, mobilization plan, execution, test planand customer/site specific requirements.• Develop and implement testing procedures to verify the functionality, performance, and safety ofthe control system.• Create detailed engineering documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, and controllogic description.• Shop software and hardware staging, pre-assembly, internal test of the system, conduct FactoryAcceptance Test with customer and project mobilization to customer site.• Site customer project implementation/execution and Site Acceptance Test.• Managing and controlling the physical installation of DCS hardware, including controllers, networkcomponents and field device.• Developing and executing Inspection Test Plans (ITP) to validate the performance of the DCSsystem.• Collaborating with other engineers (electrical, process) to complete project integration andproblems mitigation.• Prepare project documents and proceed with the handover of the DCS system to the customer.• Control project execution to meet the technical and contract requirements whilst maintaining theproject cost effectively and meet customer satisfaction.Industries: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Fertilizer, Pulp & Paper.
