Responsible for the development of RTL XL, RTL’s biggest video-on-demand platform. (Monthly 4 million+ active users) Leading several scrum teams (web, Android and iOS) and a complex stakeholders ecosystem into a customer-centric, technical feasible and business viable product. Main achievement was the servitization of the RTL experience, overhauling the transactional business model towards a successful subscription.
