Analyzing data, query results and customer feedback. Creating user stories, data sets for the Content Department. Development and implementation of workshops for content staff on a global level. Daily operational responsibility for the guest reviews team, consisting of 25 employees. Analyze statistical input provided through guest reviews to improve tools and processes.
