Spent 14 years of working in Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.(Panasonic Co) for Semiconductor field, as software engineer and products manager. First 7 years I was in charge of software engineer of embedded microcomputer then acquainted with technical knowledge and also handled some external outsourcing to develop further more projects then acquainted resource management. Since 1999 I was in charge of Products Manager in Hong Kong for 5 years, mainly to promote Semiconductor solution such as DVD, portable CD etc. to local customer in Hong Kong and Southern part of China. As a result of this period Semiconductor sales achieved USD100M amount yearly and it became 4 times compare with 5 years ago. On 2004 back to Japan and was in charge sales account to Motorola for mobile phone market, then acquainted sales management of commodity products and account management knowledge. 　　　On 2006 I decided to leave Panasonic to brush up my personal skill in the harder environment. And since July 2006, I was in charge of Account Manager in OpenTV Japan (Nagra Media Japan). Communicating and discussing with the CE customer of Digital TV to promote browser software and also support existing customers to manage each royalty accounting. Company was merged to NAGRA on 2010 and then I managed NAGRA CAS system upgrade project for JSAT and successfully launched new business of STB also together with local partner of Box and Software. From 2012 to 2016 I was assigned as country manager role, especially to develop the local partnership to complement the lack of knowledge for Japan standard and working resources. It highly contributed to minimize the development risk. After 10 years experience of NAGRA/OpenTV. Recent 2 years I joined Broadpeak, French company to promote CDN multicast ABR solutions to the operators such as NTT, IIJ, and J:COM who consider seriously the efficient content delivery network.
