▪ Assist Project Director and Project Manager within daily and weekly task of administration works the onboardingproject with Site Manager project▪ Collect, manage and create inventory list of any documents, form or any supporting paper that related to theproject▪ Manage and control the data requirements (inbox and outbox) for onboarding project from internal departmentsuch as legal, procurement, cost control and finance, from external such as main contractor, suppliers, andvendors▪ Work closely with legal department and oversee the update of the agreement letter or working contractstatement for the main contractor, sub-contractor as well as the suppliers or vendors.▪ Manage the payment schedule for the main contractors, suppliers or vendors by working closely withprocurement and finance department▪ Coordinate with internal team support such as the Engineer and the Architect regarding the update data foronboarding project▪ Identify the sourcing of material or the tools which related the project and create data list of supplier or vendorfor project supply and resources▪ Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers or vendors about the project’s requirements list of ongoing works

- Planning project management, including setting the deadlines, prioritize task, and assigning team members to various deliverables.- Manage and collaborating with other departments to define, prioritize, and develop project’s priorities.- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring the team members are carrying out their task efficiently while upholding the company’s standards.- Drafting a new and improving existing project management offices policies and processes, and closing the gaps and modify the processes where needed.- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting the company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting the deadlines. - Accurately documenting the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project’s scope, budget, and justification.

- Taking an initiative solution to assist the client’s requirements of their projects by conducting meeting and coordinate with the stake holder such as the architect, main contractor also with vendor- Manage the project scheduling and delivery systems and procedure for each project’s onboard- Validate and supervising the working progress of each project from the progress report and site visit continually- Manage the common data environment related to the project’s planning management plan for supporting operational of each project’s onboard- Give feedback to the related site progress of work and assist to create validation of variation order during the project’s execution and coordinate with the finance regarding to the payment process- Involved in production of the standardization of the company related to the project planning and controlling management systems- Designing structure of administration for making monitoring report of tools and machine distribution, material distribution management by using excel sheet analysis

Shimizu-Adhikarya JV (MRT Project CP-201)- Following up the authority applications for design and build project which applied on this MRT Jakarta’s project- Designing structure analysis by using program and manual design calculation as standard international and Indonesian codes- Checking and give feedback of technical report coordinating with the consultants and supervision of shop drawing production from the drafter engineer- Conducting survey on the site progress and supervise the construction assembly to match based on the technical design concept- Leading and managing as well as supervising the jobs progress for subcontractor’s worker which related to the technical and construction design- Taking an initiative solve for technical issues encountered during design and construction execution by coordination with the project’s stakeholders- Coordinating design planning and controlling with the consultants, owner, and other project’s stakeholders during weekly working progress -Maintaining document control and taking responsibility of project administration for any purposes between contractor and owner or other parties- Process the construction authority license based on the government regulations

- Design the most cost-effective formwork solutions based on product portfolio and material availability as well as make bill of quantity for tender and offer- Prepare offer drawings and shop drawings according to local standard and building code regulations- Responsible for acquiring the necessary construction drawings from clients to ensure formwork design is according to the latest information and to minimized design revisions- Provide technical consultation to Sales Department during meetings and technical site service- Conduct the stock list material weekly (supply chain of material stock)- Participate of the team in Sales and Marketing Department

- Create project’s inspection schedule and conduct an inspection tools and materials as requirements onsite - Conduct daily technical meeting and gave training for manpower to increase the quality results- Supervise on the site work execution every working item in daily and maintaining the quality standard implementation- Monitoring the project progress daily and weekly also monthly and create the actual supervision report- Prepare the report of quality adjustment during the work implementation to Project Manager
