Knowledge Capital: The collaboration, expansion, and application of previously separate testing and training centers, as well as related research lines of knowledge institutions in the Northern Netherlands, focused on green molecules. 2. Human Capital: An integrated education and training program around the same theme, aimed at creating significant labor potential and craftsmanship. 3. One semester of my study I was part of the Minor da Vinci. The Da Vinci minor (www.minordavinci.nl) is created for enterprising students who work together to develop a creative concept to solve an economic or social issues. During the da Vinci minor the students are trained to be innovative and problem solving. You need to come up with imaginative solutions. Networking, entrepreneurship and creativity are the keywords of this minor.In this minor I have started with three other students the Igniting Ambitions organization.

Ortec Team Support Systems analyses the effectiveness of professional football games. The football games are analyzed in a specific way. Each action of every individual football player is registered and assessed. World Cups, European Cups, Champions league and the Dutch competition are competitions which we analyze in a video studio. I am responsible for the total quality of the analyses and I develop the training programs for the new analysts. I also supervise the analyses and train the new annalists.
