• Working on Group’s branding strategies with the stakeholders. Helping the each factory to cascade their work plan to align with the Group’s business strategy.• Identify country/ customer/ industry requirements for sustainability and integrate into the factories.• Ensure guidance is given to the factories on the requirements of identifying and implementing local Heath, Safety and Environment Laws and compliance have been carried out• Assist the factoríes to set up the yearly KPIs/ target and measurement method.• Deep drive innovation thought local talent leverage.• Progress/ performance report to the senior leadership.• Consolidate the KPIs and cary out the data analysis. Define action plan to ensure achieving the targets.• Communicate across multiple internal and external vessel.• Quarterly present the RSC strategy deployment/ achievement in the Group Business Review meetings.• Monitor the implementation of Higg FEM, ZDHC, SLCP, ISO in Dean Vietnam factories including self-assessment, issues identification, gap analysis and improvement plan.• Assist the other functional teams to follow customer rules as well as to execute/ manage the projects to align the Move To Zero, such as Rooftop Solar project, Renewable Energy, Direct Power Purchase Agreements (DPPA) which related to solar (CO2 emission) project.• Work with Government authorities, service providers and benchmark the other factories in the industry for new regulation, potential impact to the business.• Organize the Learning Committee among Dean factories for best practices sharing and review the work plan, KPIs, progress.• Communicate/ guide the factories’s RSC leaders to collect and input the environment, heath and safety information into the customer system. Validate the data prior to submit to customer.
