Assistant:- On behalf of CEO to work with foreign partners in necessary cases- Arrange online/offline meetings, accommodation and schedule for foreign partners in their business trips with the Company- Receive information/ tasks from CEO and deliver the message/ tasks to proper departments to handle and follow the results- Consult for CEO the main points before a meeting and important points in an agreement with international suppliers.- Summarize and analyse the Company's weekly reports3. - Teach 1:1 classes for kids, primary & secondary students and adults- Teach 12th grade students to prepare for National College Entrance Exam- Currently teach IELTS at ITD English Center- Build lesson plans for beginning level and teach 7+ classes. Students afterward can basically communicate and understand texts.- Teach Vietnamese for foreigners

* Teaching:- Prepare lesson plan with the expat homeroom teacher- Teach a muti-cultural class- Prepare termly test and evaluate students- Inform and discuss with students' parents about academic results of the students.* Interpreting & translating:- Perform consecutive interpretation for expat teachers and BOD of the School in daily basis, foreign students' parents at school events, Vietnamese parents and expat teachers in meetings if needed.- Translate the School's notification and teaching materials from English into Vietnamese and vice versa
