Working as a Technical/Project Manager for various projects from websites to DMS, desktop & mobile applications, ranging from being information hub with customer down to architect/module designing with developers. At the same time, I lead a team with 10 developers dedicated for in-house Transportation Management System (from web to mobile for last-mile logistic). This project later became a product, Seldat Solocate, which being sold to various customers in Israel, US & Vietnam market.With this product, we received praises from both inside and outside the company.

Working as Roll-out Manager for Unilever's LeverEdge project in Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei. We deploy this new DMS for hundred of distributors across MYSG.My main task is managing the team of 30 DMS implementers from training, coaching, change management, and deployment of the system at distributors' site simultaneously in different states.

Working as the PMO for Unilever's LeverEdge project in Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos. Our crew deploys the new Distributing Managing System across these 3 countries for HPC, Ice Cream, Food Solution distributors. The PMO role coordinates between different parties up to hundred people (client regional teams, client local teams, solution providers from India & Pakistan, local roll-out team, etc.) in order to keep the project runs smoothly. The project is a interesting challenge from resource planning and project coordinating aspect.I also provide consulting service for countries team, from project planning, change management and engagement.The project depends on SAP: Retail, S&D Pro, Xnapp and Business Intelligence to form a complete DMS solution.

Lead a team of 5 other Business Analysts, working on client consulting, application consulting and ERP customization for clients in Myanmar market.The projects focus on Microsoft Dynamic NAV (Navision) and FPT Software in-house mobility solution.

Supervise project production and liaise with the clients, mainly in medical area. Worked for clients in medical field like BMS, P&G, AstraZeneca.From Nov 2013, working as P&G Project Coordinator, in charge of a team 4-6 other PMs dedicated for P&G projects.The projects focused on tablet (iPad, Galaxy Tab) presentation applications for medical representatives worldwide.

Being the manager & coordinator between the teams and the clients, oversea and local.The projects focused on web relating aspects of marketing and branding (company sites, mini-site + banners for ads campaign, mini-games, etc.)

Leading the Flash team. Have chance to make all kind of new, creative projects for big clients like Toyota, Lexus, Delta Lloyd, etc. during Flash golden-age.Worked with most amazing creative team from Belgium, we won various international prizes during this time (Cannes Lions, Eurobest).

Making all kind of banners, minisite & Flash relating products.

Working with Liquidline division. Making banners, minisite, video, etc for YoBanBe online community. Later working for Zing pre-launching stage.
