- In charge of exchanging Delivery order for all import BLs.- Customer service and import documentation (English & Chinese).- Taking care of customers (agents, forwarders, factories, etc.) and handling customer's requests in timely manner.- Submitting manifest, sending arrival notice and debit note to customers, making sure customers pay in timely manner and no bad debt.- Cooperating smoothly with shipping lines to exchange delivery order and assist customer successfully picking cargo.- Coordinating with internal departments (sales, accounting, customs, operation) to handle shipment without delay.
