- Analyze labor market based on recruitment needs. Make a talent acquisition plan (recruitment, employer branding, etc..)- Propose and manage recruitment channels and resources. Work with recruitment agencies: recruiting services, schools, marketing team...- Prepare and propose talent acquisition annually budget.- Follow and update the recruitment process.- Participate in the development of job descriptions, candidate evaluation forms and processes.- In charge of the entire recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview, sent offers, …- Coordinate with universities to organize the job fairs: TDTU, FTU…- Prepare content, design the images to approach candidates through the online platform (Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin, social networking…).- Build up, manage the talent pool and candidate data.- Follow, report on training, probation process, prepare and sign labor contracts.- Prepare recruitment report.

• Talent Acquistion (60%): - Coordinate with line manager to define the job vacancies and JDs.- Prepare job postings, specifications for recruitment agencies, job descriptions and other materials in accordance with the organization's recruitment standards. - Respond to inquiries about the organization's recruitment activities and status of job vacancies. - Contact candidates, schedule interviews, and align interview questions in with the hiring manager so interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably. - Interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates Interview candidates and do post-recruitment tasks such as reference checking, provide the results to candidates based on the job's pre-established selection criteria and the organization's recruitment policies.- Prepare job offers and coordinate with candidates on onboarding materials - Manage company career fanpage.• Internal Communication (20%): - Responsible for building content, forms of communication within the company weekly and monthly.- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication through regular channels.- Coordinate with Marketing department relative to posting contents content, article, time of posting and related forms.- Coordinate with other departments to communicate internal policies and regulations.• Other tasks (20%):- Made and synthesize weekly and monthly report for HR team to submit to HR Director.- Support and coordinate to organize internal events, periodical sales events ...

• Administration (40%): - Prepared and submitted the reports, documents, internal notices.- Manage employee profiles.- Purchase and manage daily office stationeries & equipments. - Control administrative expenses in accordance with the approved budget.• Human Resources (60%): - Receive recruitment request and set up recruitment plan.- Follow the interview process and support candidates.- Coordinate with HR&Admin Manager to do a training plan.- Conduct the orientation training for new intern and emloyees.- Implement and resolve procedures related to social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.- Performing timekeeping for office workers and employees at the construction site.- Coordinate to organized the internal event: teambuilding, Friday and birthday
