- Work and coordinate with Marketing about new product concept- Feedback and explain the new product issues to Sale department for promotion and sampling - Research and develop new products as required by the company (in co-ordination with Marketing Department) such as beverage (juice, energy drink,…), dried fruit,… - Provide documented standards and specifications for all the ingredients, process and finished products - Conduct regular sensory evaluation of products - Report shelf-life testing for new products - Trial run new product and improved product at factory. - Set up SAP system of RD about BOM, material code.

- Control production lines to align with production plan and achieve output targets.- Control the cost of production by managing and controlling the materials usage, manpower, machine utilization, and etc.- Training employees and ensure labor safety.- Ensure the products meet quality and food safety standards.- Control machinery and equipment to runs safely.- Ensure workers obey regulation of company, labour safety, HACCP, CCP, procedures and work instructions.

-Work as R&D technology Expert. 1. Technology- Technological take – over for Production, QC division for producing new product at Ha Nam Plant.- Compile and modify HACCP Plan.- Trial run of new package and new product. 2. Project- Working with foreigner expert in Chu Lai concentrate Plant (business trip).- Working with GEA expert in Number 1 Ha Nam Plant for new central processing area (business trip)
