Mr. Pham Duc Hieu has got more than 20 years experiences at Manager in IT field which includes Channel Account Manager, Business Partner Manager, Product Manager . Mr. Hieu joined Digital Land Joint – Stock Company in Viet Nam in 2000. There, he spent 3 years in Sale Executive of HP Printer Department with main tasks in maintaining and expanding distribution channel. In 2003, he joined the Digiworld Corporation and was promoted in the Product Manager of Lexmark Printer Department. There, he spent nearly 5 years before leaving for a career in Hewlett-Packard at the Business Partner Manager in IT field (including PSG group – note book, monitor and personal computer). In HP, he took charge of managing and expanding distribution channel; evaluating market, collecting and classifying information; consolidating and improving HP business, setting up promotion program. In July 2010, SamSung Vietnam invited him to join as the Channel Account Manager. He has been working in SamSung Viet Nam at the position with Distributors Manager in IT field in order to build up and to expand notebook PC, Monitor and printer distribution channel in Highland, East South, South Central Coast and Ho Chi Minh City. Some outstanding achievements in SamSung Viet Nam gained by his team are : Number 01 in Net book segment in 2010 and in 2011, successful building up retail and resell channel for note PC and maintaining number 01 position for Monitor from 2011 to 2014.
