­ ­ Controlling and checking to ensure all fixed asset transaction complied with budget and company procedures. Register the new purchase, addition of Fixed Asset (classification, coding…) in system to reflect the movements in the control account for each class of fixed assets in the general ledger.­ Updating and controlling Construction in progress (CIP). Coordinate with Project owners to track the CIP and capitalize when they have been completed. ­ Check payment documents in accordance with policies and approved person in payment process; apply payment process correctly to make payments quickly and efficiently, follow up the payment status of Fixed Asset purchase.­ Run and reconcile FA depreciation monthly­ Perform FA physical count of all locations (Head office, 5 cement plants and 7 RMX batching plants).­ Make FA Impairment testing quarterly and review useful life yearly.­ Update the disposal, location transfer of Fixed Asset in system as well as support the approval process of Fixed Asset Disposal/ Transfer Requests form.­ Monthly check and update fixed asset list for Insurance program.­ Prepare journal voucher and reconcile month end sub-ledger with balance sheet.­ Prepare Fixed Asset documentation for Internal/ external Auditor and assist in their inquiries­ SAP software supper user module AM and PS (Asset management and Projects system)­ Report : Monthly report VAS, IAS, Capex Budget rolling 5 Years, Capex Forecast rolling 18 months, month end, year end closing ...

­ ­ To review salary report, posting into system to ensure balance with HR.­ To made all statistical reporting­ To support for General Accountant and Tax Accountant.­ To check Employee Expenses Record, cash advance complied with the company’s policy before pass to treasury made payment. Then record transactions in system. Ensure consistency between month-end cash account balance, cash book and balance of cash by monthly physical checking with Treasury Team.­ Follow up employees advances. To ensure all advances by employees are reimburse on time and accuracy.­ Clearing payment transfer by bank to ensure correctly with bank statement.­ Month end report: Cash count, Cash reconcile, Bank reconcile, Bank charge reconcile.­ Performs related and other duties as maybe assigned.
