• Create test plan, test cases and test reports for each project.• Perform various types of test such as black box testing, regression testing… on internal applications. The applications are based on web, desktop and mobile platform.• Review specification and design documents and feedback the stakeholders.• Analyse specifications and requirements to create test cases and test plans for each application.• Receive reports and feedbacks from users/clients and adding them to JIRA.• Improve the company’s checklists and procedure.

The tests are performed on many platforms such as smartphones, tablets, smart TV, handheld console, android box… with different OSs Android, iOS…• Operate online games on sandbox system: banning players, gifting, updating, tracking users• Take feedbacks from users and verify on the testing projects. Report to production team or users.• Ensure the games meet the standards of company’s checklists.• Add bugs, defects and suggestions on the bug tracking system.• Supporting team leader with testing plans: assigning smaller tasks to other team members, collecting reports and send to production team.
