Familiar with Semiconductor production system and skilled with Manufacturing Supervision / Production Control Planner. From the technical aspects, I am a well-trained and hands-on Semiconductor equipment specialist who has in depth knowledge of various production systems. From the Management aspects, I am an excellent supervisor who knows how to excel project management with experience in capacity planning, process improvement, specification enforcement and cost reduction. I am an experienced front end and back end as a Backlog / Manufacturing Planner, I have acquired a strong analytical and problem solving ability, as well as the responsibilities of interfacing with other groups in order to maintain both Manufacturing schedules and meet customer requirements.
