Current•Develop a comprehensive 1-year regional plan and a CAPIN (Capital Expenditure) budget, ensuring effective capital budgeting by integrating key financial and technical considerations.•Utilize capital optimization and value engineering techniques to streamline regional CAPIN projects, achieving both technical and financial objectives.•Collaborate with divisional project managers for centrally controlled and NPD (New Product Development) projects, ensuring that site-specific requirements align with approved project processes.•Conduct self-audits across a range of regional projects to guarantee adherence to robust project management processes and governance.•Conduct thorough post-project reviews, administer CAPIN applications, maintain standard documentation controls, and capitalize projects accordingly.•Implement efficient asset costing measures to ensure accurate financial justifications and streamlined asset management.•Manage human resources effectively, including direct reports, seconded resources, and contractors, to ensure successful project execution.•Ensure compliance with legal and safety requirements, fostering a safe and risk-free working environment for all stakeholders.•Monitor and uphold internal QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health) standards, ensuring compliance with legislation related to Sustainable Development and Environmental laws.•Apply and adhere to Manufacturing Project Management processes and documentation control systems, upholding technical integrity and governance of Capital Expenditure.•Efficiently manage tender and contract solicitation and award processes.•Prioritize projects based on their strategic significance, aligning them with the production plan to ensure seamless integration with existing operations.•Maintain technical integrity by following Engineering Standards and protocols, and conducting comprehensive design and implementation analyses (HAZOPS, HACCP, Risk assessments, etc.) for all projects.
