Teach "Below the Line" workshops and oversee set operations for the graduate and undergraduate programs. Manage over 2.5 million dollars in production assets that include: a fleet of 9 production vehicles. Facilitate the procurement of new equipment assets.

It began as personal challenge to study the fundamentals of digital photography and further my skills as a filmmaker. My fascination with composition, exposure, art direction, and lighting design became an obsession. That obsession became Higher Power Images.I am grateful to the many actors, models, artists and dancers who became willing subjects to my photographic studies. Their generosity of spirit and breathtaking beauty are gifts from a Higher Power and make the process of photography a joyous experience.

The Set Operations Supervisor participates in the development and implementation of curriculum for the Below the Line (BTL) workshops for the MFA & BFA programs. He provides training for the students in the proficient and safe operation of the camera, grip and electrical equipment__brands include: Red, Sony, Matthews, Mole Richardson, and Arri among others. He supports key faculty members in areas cinematography, production design, directing, and acting. He conducts site visits to production locations.

Founded by Artistic Director Valencia E. Matthews, Ph.d., the Irene C. Edmonds Youth Theatre is a summer camp created to honor the life and work of FAMU Prof. Irene Edmonds.The camp was launched in June of 1997, but the idea for the camp was conceived much earlier when Valencia Matthews was selecting a subject for her dissertation. She was determined to highlight the work of an extraordinary woman of the theatre. It just so happened She mentioned her quest to Henri Edmonds, Professor Emeritus of Theatre at Howard University and daughter of Irene and Shep Edmonds. After Henri shared some of the stories of her mother's work in the area of children's theatre, Valencia began her journey to uncover and celebrate Professor Irene Edmonds' amazing accomplishments with the FAMU Creative Children's Theatre.The ICE Camp, as it is affectionately known, just completed it's 12th season.

Chanhassen Dinner Theatres' founders, Herbert and Carolyn Bloomberg, designed and constructed their 90,000 square foot entertainment complex where once stood a cornfield, some distance out of the Minneapolis-St. Paul area. Bloomberg's theatre opened on October 11, 1968, with How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying. Bloomberg's initial vision to bring dinner theatre to a country cornfield has given skeptics opportunity to eat plenty of crow over the years. Today, Chanhassen is the nation's largest professional dinner theatre, and the largest privately owned restaurant in the state of Minnesota. Since Chanhassen Dinner Theatres opened, nearly 200 plays have been produced and played to more than eight million guests.
