Business/ Operations Projectso Novo Anagrafe Di Gruppo (NAG) data quality remediation: Successfully validated all customers data with facilities to eliminate Errors, and duplications. The project was focused on increasing Accuracy, quality, and completeness of data for the existing customers to match the Bank rules and validations. The aim of this project was to grant adequate monitoring and improvement of Data Quality for the bank. Moreover, as a project manager I identified stakeholders, developed project structure, developed detailed project plan to track the progress, developed project schedule to ensure everyone is on the same page as far as tasks, dependencies, and deadlines. Ensured that the project is delivered on time, within the scope and the assigned budged. Ensured the resource availability and allocation. Managed the communication across all the stakeholders. Performed risk management to minimize the project risks. Reported and escalated to the management in case of facing any impediments.
