• Liaised with University contacts and Director to develop and implement a raft of COVID safe policies and procedures to monitor resident wellbeing and ensure a safe living environment for residents in response to the rapid community spread of COVID19 in 2020.• Established streamlined processes to enhance the recording and management of in-house incidents relating to resident health and noise complaints.• Managed and mentored seven student leaders in their roles as community advisors and afterhours casual staff.
