I started my sales journey in the IT industry 17 years ago, working for system integrators of different scales. I learned the ultimate ‘Ownership’ in the small entity, and mastered ‘Discipline’ in the highly systematic environment of large entity, while achieving the organization’s objective in all stations.Throughout the journey I worked as project manager for few years taking full responsibility of understanding and addressing client’s expectations. That triggered my desire and ability to engage in conversations to understand customer's business needs and challenges.I wouldn’t have been able to make it on my own! In sales and in project manager, I always surrounded myself by a great team, and encouraged them to give their best in what they know and do best.I also did my part to consistently earn my team’s and management’s buy-in. I have ticked all the boxes in terms of client relationship and client satisfaction, opening new doors, bringing new logos, maintaining and growing current business, enabling the client for more integration and modernization, and coming up with solutions when things go wrong.On top of all that, I have always taken the responsibility of orienting my counterparts. I helped tens of sales practitioners understand the concept and theory of what we do, and the objectives of what they are asked to do.For the last decade, I literally worked for my client. I partnered with them, worried about their business challenges, co-analyzed their problems, and brought the best subject matter experts to their tables. We solved hundreds of those problems, and signed countless number of win-win agreements.
