Become one of 5 team leaders in the tutor department who is responsible for team coordination, management and supervision of 40-50 tutors in one group.Roles and Scopes:1. Student's Profiling: Ensure that each tutor regularly and timely includes necessary information about each child in notes in the student’s backoffice. The information recorded should include aspects such as learning progress, student strengths and weaknesses, as well as other special notes that can assist in personalized and effective teaching.2. Quality Assessment: Remind and ensure that each tutor regularly follows the quality assessment process which is scheduled every 2 weeks. This includes ensuring that all tutors fill out and complete evaluations in a timely manner.3. Student's Final Project: Ensure that all projects and SOPs have been carried out well and in accordance with the established guidelines and standards. This aims to ensure that each student gets the best learning experience and encourages continuous learning to the next level of course.4. Bad Attendance: Manage, analyze and handle cases of bad attendance for tutors' students, this includes asking questions or tutors providing information and conducting consultations as a leader.5. Handle Operational Issues: Become the primary source of support and problem resolution for tutors who encounter operational or administrative difficulties in carrying out their duties. This includes providing assistance and guidance in resolving technical or interpersonal problems that arise in daily operations.

Algorithmics is a Global Network of Coding Schools for Kids from 5-17 years-old teaching Visual Programming, Python, Graphic Design and Game Design (Roblox). As a tutor, I currently handle 3 types of courses (Coding Knight, Visual Programming, and Digital Literacy) both group and private with the following responsibilities:1. Timedoor Academy (part of PT Timedoor Indonesia) provides various courses, one of which is coding for children. As a Programming Teacher for the Kids program, I teach various things such as digital literacy, design, and coding to create simple applications, games, and websites for elementary school aged children (8-12 years). I teach online using zoom, with dozens of students from various regions, and have become a gold teacher at Timedoor Academy.

Benih Belajar id, together with Pertamina Foundation held a Scholarship program called "Beasiswa Passion" which targets children from the lower middle class, especially those from Eastern Indonesia. In this program, 5 teachers were selected for 5 specialization programs: Coding, Math, English, Business, and Vocal. After the selection, I was chosen as one of "Guru Baik" to handle the coding specialization program. In this program, I teach basic programming concepts, introduce Scratch as a visual programming language for beginners, and judge the competition for making Scratch projects at the end of the program.
