Directed the iteration of current small-format concept and developed new based on segmentation opportunities and marketplace gaps. Managed a cross-functional team of senior employees during a significant post-pandemic reorganization and shift to wellness. Acted as interim concept lead while Sr.Director assumed vice president of concepts responsibilities. Initially hired as a membership expert in Nike Sportswear category. Soon after, role was expanded to include all membership with commerce focus. Led the strategic development and cross-functional execution of membership benefits. DELIVERED RESULTS:► Introduced storytelling and consumer-centric focus to project Year in the Life where 500 internal employees experienced the power of membership and trained to promote deeper emotional bonds and loyalty to brand.

Recruited to role after demonstrating capacity to manage change and ambiguity and train and onboard employees after hiring.DELIVERED RESULTS:► Elevated the Nike Member Service Experience with service design and employee capability strategy.► Capitalized on the commerce platform’s chat capabilities to establish direct contact between product authorities and prospects outside of the traditional sales environment as the single developer and driver of Nike Experts on Demand. ► Obtained several millions in revenue in the first six months of Nike Experts on Demand’s launch.
