I am a mother of three sweethearts, a reserve major in the Israeli Air Force, a public speaker, creator, writer, and content speaker on leadership. Walking the leadership talk. After years of commanding the Air Force Command and Leadership school, training leaders, and developing leadership models, I took all the knowledge and tools I gathered over 20 years of experience and decided to bring the leadership world to the business and organizational realm. I believe that the path to organizational cultural change begins with empowering the personal leadership of each member in the organization. By thinking outside the box, I enjoy finding solutions to challenges, turning vision into practice, and transforming practice into a way of life.
