Among the founding members of the Bologna Training Center; managing international projects, training faculty and advising policymakers in universities and colleges and employers in Israel and abroad on the implementation of the Bologna Process; providing workshops and lectures on different aspects of the Bologna Process; writing reports on the implementation of Bologna Process in Israel; resource development; network development and cooperation with partners from different sectors in Israel and abroad.

Coordinating Tempus projects at BGU; working as part of a consortium with an international team; writing implementation reports; conducting pilots on the implementation of the Bologna Process at BGU; representing BGU on workshops and conferences abroad; leading workshops, training and guidance to staff members on the implementation of the Bologna Process in Israel; organizing and conducting workshops, training and guidance on Tempus and Erasmus application writing.

Coordinating scholarships and volunteering program; marketing the program among potential candidates; managing selection process of applicants; working closely with partners on NGOs and the public sector; initiating new contacts and allocating new partners for cooperation; planning and executing training programs; monitoring the daily activity of participants.

Leading social activity and social support of the Overseas Students Program; working in a multicultural environment; managing the team of counsellors working with international students; planning and executing cultural- social programs, trips and workshops; cooperating with organizations and partners in and outside the institution; assisting the marketing department in Israel and abroad.
