As a Technical Consultant at Festo, I lead value-added projects in the field of industrial automation. I provide consultancy in areas such as factory automation, process automation, pneumatic and electric drive systems, robotics applications, industrial IoT, and digitalization, artificial intelligence projects, while also working on energy efficiency solutions and sustainability focused projects. I track new investments and modernization projects of customers in various sectors, including Automotive, White & Goods, Food & Beverage, ELA (Electronic Assembly) and actively contribute to the preparation and realization of annual sales targets.In addition, i conduct sectoral analyses and competitor evaluations, ensuring the customer database is up to date. I provide professional advice to a variety of clients, such as machine builders (OEMs) and End Users, on how to utilize Festo’s pneumatic and electric products to meet their project requirements effectively. I manage customer relations, dealer (our official partner’s), acquire new clients who could benefit from Festo’s high value products, and gather business intelligence in the marketplace, contributing to business development processes. Through these efforts, i deliver strategic solutions that meet customer needs in industrial automation, while also overseeing procurement and supply chain management processes for projects.
