I am passionate about helping people across different life-stages; challenging, encouraging and supporting them to discover 'the more' of who they are. Empowering people to live to their full potential, find their talents, and the space where they can make the most impact energises me.I have been in the people business for all of my life and love to use my leadership and coaching skills to help people find their purpose and fit in their sphere of influence. Sometimes the "gold" needs to be discovered and other times it just needs to be re-discovered after life has obscured someone's best self.I love to influence for good, wherever I am. I'm a passionate speaker, writer and coach. I've served on government boards, led teams of staff and volunteers in small and large organisations, and been a Senior Minister of multiple churches.A lover of life and people, I enjoy playing and watching sport, time with family and friends, watching the sunset over the beach, a nice glass of red wine and a good book.As part of the Markd Global team, we help propel leaders forward to make a meaningful mark in their world.
