As Senior Human Resource Business Partner I supported Target district and store leadership teams in HR strategies and operations. Through out my time in this role I supported leaders in up to 35 stores in the Kansas City, St Louis, and Denver areas. I focused on delivering HR strategies focused on staffing, training, developing, building and retaining highly engaged teams. I was the stores support partner to help solve business problems, develop and execute HR day to day operations, resolve employee relations concerns and remove obstacles for stores to drive sales through high team engagement.
