I have been working with musician and artist, Peaches, since February 2022.My main job role is personal assistant and costume management.I have many roles on tour that I will summarise below:I managed the Carnet with customs/zoll at every airport, this is the declaration of the importation/exportation of the musical equipment we travelled with on tour (29 bags/166 items).Organising and preparing show costumes for travelManaging the crew at the airport (departure to airport times, handling the gear, check in process)Preparing costumes and props before every show for both dancers, musicians and main star. This also includes repairing costumes pre-show.Managing backstage set up with local venue staffOrganising backstage room(s) with pre show necessities (e.g makeup, first costumes, snacks)Post-show backstage pack down and load out, 2 months of the tour was by flight so consistent packing was essential for bag weight restrictions.Post-Show costume cleaning. After every show, a few items would need to be cleaned and ready for the show the next day.Maintaining costumes long term. This includes cleaning all the costumes whilst on and off tour, repairing any damages, making necessary alterations and re-making some costumes.On this tour, Peaches had a 20ft inflatable that I was in charge of repairing and maintaining for every show.And most importantly, I kept Peaches, the dancers (2) and musicians (2) stress free and happy, resolving any issues I could.This 20 year anniversary tour included many festivals and notable events that I am very proud to have been able to work with Peaches on and some are listed below;-Peaches opened and closed for the festival “Art In A Day” in Copenhagen, Denmark-Headlining act for MonaFoma, a festival run by the privately owned gallery MONA, Tasmania-Headlining act for World Pride, Sydney 2023-Headlining act for Graces Jones selected Meltdown Festival 2022, London
