-Lead and demonstrate daily workout circuit-Train, encourage and energize the class, while coaching on correct exercise form-Build relationships with members and create community-Welcome and check in members arriving for class ensuring they have a great experience-Host the Jabz Orientation for new members - provide a tour of the gym, verify each has the proper equipment, and train proper boxing techniques-Facilitate membership, clothing, or supplemental purchases

-Partner closely with grade-level team members to create lesson plans, analyze data, and share ideas-Communicate professionally with parents through weekly newsletters, providing progress and development updates by email, and meeting in-person for parent/teacher conferences-Organize classroom, develop presentations, worksheet and assessment resources, and design instructional documents-Maintain classroom management program by reinforcing its principles-Adapt small and whole group lessons to accommodate the aptitude of both advanced and remedial students-Incorporate technical resources such as SMART Board, Document Camera, PowerPoint Presentations, and student laptops into lessons to enhance students’ understanding and learning-Hold position as Faculty Advisor for K-KIDS, a school club which partners with a nearby highschool to accomplish community service projects-Member of the School Site Council, which includes administration, parents, and colleagues, to work on projects aimed at school improvement
