About Hilary Spicer

A graduate of Hull University, I trained as a solicitor with a City practice, before moving into legal recruitment. I amassed over 20 years' recruitment experience in London and Asia, before deciding to make the change to fundraising within the HE sector. I joined the Alumni and Supporter Engagement Office at the University of Reading in March 2015 and I can honestly say that I love my job. I am privileged to work with people who are passionate about the work they do and that work is making a real difference to the world in which we live.
