As Vice President of Advocacy & Philanthropy, Hilary leads public policy, advocacy, communications, fundraising and workforce development services across the state of Washington for Pioneer Human Services. She serves on the Statewide Reentry Taskforce, the Seattle Fair Chance Housing Committee and the Seattle Reentry Workgroup. She is a member of Public Relations Society of America and Association of Fundraising Professionals.
