I coached leaders on emotional intelligence and leadership style for improved effectiveness, and trained employees in various leadership and business topics.

In my role as Training Manager at Zodiac Aerospace, I led the training function, engaging in all tactical and strategic aspects of learning and development. I promoted employee engagement and cultural transformation to a learning organization, setting up a training system to implement learning programs for all functional and operational areas. Additionally, I applied corporate performance management processes to business units, resulting in the realization of the first complete Annual Appraisal program. Through training subject matter experts in basic adult learning theory and on-the-job training skills, I developed a cadre of trainers from functional areas.

In my role as Development Support Manager at fresh&easy Neighborhood Market, I successfully integrated over 500 employees from two acquired business units through training and coaching, increased learning opportunities by approximately 85%, and served as Interim HR Generalist for the produce packaging business unit during a key time of transition.
