Was product manager for music & video customer experience and for the Digeo remote control. Wrote market requirements documents and product specs, and worked with engineering project management to bring products to market in partnership with Consumer Electronics and Cable TV partners.

The first member of the Content team at WebTV, I was responsible for envisioning the WebTV online directory, recruiting a team of content producers and bringing this customer experience to life. Later, I worked as a Program Manager and Producer in the emerging Interactive TV group, and was tasked with creating ITV demos and real-world experiences, and working with partners like ESPN, HBO and MSNBC to build and deploy them.
