I'm passionate about improving customer and business outcomes, I take pride in delivering top-notch technical support by leveraging my foundation in chemistry and microbiology, holding rigorous quality standards, and addressing challenges through seamless collaboration across diverse business areas. I’m seasoned and confident collaborating with sales, procurement, operations, product management, quality, manufacturing, supply chain and other teams to deliver the best possible outcomes for my customers.I have experience in an array of industries - spanning human and animal health health (probiotics and other supplements), consumer & professional cleaning, bio-agriculture, bio-ethanol yeast, specialty chemicals (enzymes and bacterial raw materials) and more. I love learning new industries and holding a front-row seat in the evolving consumer and professional product landscape. I'm a self-starter, highly detail oriented, curious, friendly and fun to work with (or so I have been told)! :-) I enjoy crunching numbers and data modeling using JMP statistical software to bring data to life - creating sales stories, resolving manufacturing issues, correcting quality non-conformances, and discovering creative ways to save cost.
