Reported to the Assistant Director of People & Organisational Effectiveness.Accountable for the provision of professional HR consultancy providing solutions that enabled the delivery of the business strategy and supported their goal to achieve Foundation Trust status in March 2013. Projects included:• Consultation with 207 employees to move them from monthly to weekly pay to achieve £40K recurrent annual savings.• Agile and flexible working initiatives to support the Facilities Strategy.• Updated the employment contract and key HR policies through negotiation with the Trade Union Partnership.• Implemented a TUPE transfer of the Looked After Children’s Service.• Worked with the Head of Quality & Business Services to roll out ESR functionality, associated data validation and establishment control processes.
