Projects included:• Consultation with 207 employees to move them from monthly to weekly pay to achieve £40K recurrent annual savings.• Agile and flexible working initiatives to support the Facilities Strategy.• Updated the employment contract and key HR policies through negotiation with the Trade Union Partnership.• Implemented a TUPE transfer of the Looked After Children’s Service.• Worked with the Head of Quality & Business Services to roll out ESR functionality, associated data validation and establishment control processes.
